2 oz. light rum
2 oz. sour mix
dash of Rose’s
shake, strain into highball glass
lime wedge

Daiquiri Slush
2 cups sugar
1 cup hot water
1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups vodka
1/2 cup dry gin
1/2 cup light rum
2 cups cold water
3 small cans frozen lime-ade
48 oz 7-Up
Dissolve sugar in hot water. Mix the pineapple juice, vodka, gin, rum,
water, and lime-ade with the sugar water. Freeze in a large container.
My sister’s recipe says to add the 7-up to this before freezing, but it
just turns out to be pretty much a big chunk of ice on top and all the
other stuff on the bottom. What we do is fill each glass 3/4 full with
slush and then add cold 7-up and mix a little.

1 Splash (5 ml) Club Soda
2 tsp. (7.5 ml) Grenadine
1 oz. (3 cl) Lemon Juice
2 oz. (6 cl) Jose Cuervo® Tequila
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except club soda. Shake and strain into a glass and add ice. Finish with a splash of club soda

Dark and Stormy
1 part black rum
1 part ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
Serve in lowball glass.

Depth Charge
10 oz. lager
1 1/2 oz. tequila
Drop tequila shot into beer mug.

Derby Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz. rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine with shaved ice, blend at low speed, pour into champagne glass.

1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lime Juice
1 tbs. (15 ml) Maraschino Cherry Juice
fill 7-Up
Pour and build in a tall glass or Collins glass. Fill with 7-up. Garnish with cherry and lime.

Drew Driver
5 oz. Cranberry juice
3 oz. Gin
4 Crushed Ice
Mix in 2 shots of gin with 5 oz of chilled cranberry juice. Add ice as needed

Dry Hole
1 oz. (3 cl) Light Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cointreau®
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lemon Juice
3 Ice
8 oz. (24 cl) Club Soda
Combine all ingredients except soda in shaker. Fill glass with crushed ice and strain into glass. Top with soda.

Dry Martini
1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Gin
0.5 cup (12 cl) Crushed Ice
1 Olive
1 dashes (5 ml) Vermouth
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in gin and dry vermouth. Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an olive.

Dry Rob Roy
2 1/2 oz. (7.5 cl) Scotch
1 1/2 tsp. (5.5 ml) Dry Vermouth
1 Lemon Twist
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Anisette
1/2 oz. Sweet (15 ml Sweet) Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dry (15 ml Dry) Vermouth
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
