Mai Tai
1 oz. Light (3 cl Light) Rum
1/2 oz. Orgeat (15 ml Orgeat) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Sweet & Sour mix
1 Cherry
Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a Collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with the cherry and serve
Malibu and Pineapple
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
Serve over ice Garnish with pineapple wedge
Malibu Surfer
1 oz. (3 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum
0.5 oz. (15 ml) Amaretto
3 oz. (9 cl) Cranberry juice
3 oz. (9 cl) Pineapple Juice
Fill highball glass with ice, add Malibu and Amaretto and fill glass with equal parts cranberry juice and pineapple juice.
Malibu Orange Colada Punch
1.75 l. (177.5 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum
0.5 l. (50.5 cl) Triple Sec
20 oz. (60 cl) Piña Colada Mix
Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Serve well chilled.
Malibu Pink Panther
1/2 can (22.5 cl) Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate
10 oz. (30 cl) Malibu Coconut Rum
In a blender, crush a hand full or two of ice. Then add the frozen pink lemonade and Malibu Rum. Blend until it becomes somewhat smooth (usually less than 30 seconds). Then add the whipped cream while leaving the blender running. This will add the consistency to your drink and therefore the amount of whipped cream is to your discression. Blend until smooth and serve.
Malibu Wipeout
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz. Absolut Citron
Combine all ingredients in a parfait glass. Serve with pineapple chunk and cherry
Manhattan
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Whiskey
3/4 oz. Sweet (22.5 ml Sweet) Vermouth
1 Cherry
Stir blended whiskey and vermouth with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with a cherry and serve.
Margarita
1 oz. (3 cl) Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. (4.5 cl) Jose Cuervo Tequila
0.5 oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime, dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.
Margarita – Frozen
2 Parts Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 Part Triple Sec
4 Parts Sour Mix
dash (5 ml) Lime Juice
Blend. Serve in exotic glass. Optional salted rim. Big lime wedge. Straw.
Melon Ball
1 Part Vodka
1 Part Melon liqueur
3 oz. (9 cl) Pineapple Juice
Stir in Highball glass
Mudslide
2 oz. (6 cl) Vodka
2 oz. (6 cl) Kahlua
2 oz. (6 cl) Bailey’s Irish Cream
Mix with cracked ice in a shaker. Serve in a chilled highball glass.
