San Diego Sea Breeze
1 oz. (3 cl) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15 ml) DeKuyper Razzmatazz® Raspberry Schnapps
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Blueberry Schnapps
1/2 Part (0.5 part) Orange Juice
1/2 Part (0.5 part) Pineapple Juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) Blackberry Brandy
Build all ingredients in a Collins glass, cover, shake and serve

San Francisco Cocktail

3/4 oz. Sweet (22.5 ml Sweet) Vermouth
3/4 oz. Dry (22.5 ml Dry) Vermouth
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Sloe Gin
1 dash Orange (5 ml Orange) Bitters
1 dash (5 ml) Bitters
1 Cherry
Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the cherry on top and serve.

San Juan Tea
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Bacardi Limon Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Bacardi 151
3 oz. (9 cl) Sour Mix
Shake and top with Coke, garnish with a Lemon wedge


1 Fifth (77 cl) Red Wine
1 oz. (3 cl) Brandy
1 oz. (3 cl) Triple Sec
1 tbs. (15 ml) Sugar
1 l. (101.5 cl) Club Soda
20 Slices (20 slices) Mixed Fruit
Combine alcohols (including wine), sugar and fruit. Refrigerate for 8 or more hours. Add Club Soda, stir and serve. The Brandy and Triple Sec are optional. The fruit should be a combination of orange, lemon and lime slices and pineapple chunks. For a white Sangria, substitute white wine for red.

Santa Monica Pier

6 oz. (18 cl) Alizé
2 oz. (6 cl) Triple Sec
In a tall glass with ice, pour the Alize and Triple Sec, stir and enjoy.

Scotch Sour
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Scotch
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 tsp. Powdered (5 ml Powdered) Sugar
1/2 slice (0.5 slice) Lemon
1 Cherry
Shake scotch, juice of lime, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon, top with the cherry, and serve.

Sherry Twist Cocktail
1 oz. Cream (3 cl Cream) Sherry
1/2 oz. Dry (15 ml Dry) Vermouth
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Brandy
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Triple Sec
1/2 tsp. (5 ml) Lemon Juice
Twist of peel of Orange
Shake all ingredients (except orange peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and a pinch of cinnamon and serve.

Shoop Party Punch
2 l. (203 cl) Snapple (Kiwi Strawberry Flavor)
2 l. (203 cl) Lemon Lime soda
16 oz. (48 cl) Pineapple Juice
1.5 l. (152 cl) Vodka
1 bottle  Sweet & Sour mix
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or bucket. Enjoy with or without ice.

Sloe Gin Fizz
2 oz. (6 cl) Sloe Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tsp. Powdered (5 ml Powdered) Sugar
Carbonated Water
1 slice (1 slice) Lemon
Shake sloe gin, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over 2 ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Decorate with the lemon slice and serve.

2 cl. (20.5 ml) Vodka
15 cl. (15 cl) Orange Juice
7 cl. (7 cl) Sprite
2 dashes (5 ml) Grenadine
1/2 dash (5 ml) strawberry Margarita mix
Take the vodka in first, then orange juice and sprite. Then you take some dashes of grenadine and stir it around for 20 sec. On the top of it you have a little dash of Strawberry Margarita mix. Add ice cubes.

Strawberry Daiquiri
1/2 oz. Strawberry (15 ml Strawberry) Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Light (3 cl Light) Rum
1 oz. (3 cl) Lime Juice
1 tsp. Powdered (5 ml Powdered) Sugar
1 oz. (3 cl) Strawberries
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
