Producer's Notes Featuring a 200 ml bottle of each of the following: The Classic Laddie - A clean, fresh dram the colour of summer barley. The nose opens with barley sugar and a hint of mint before freshly cut wild flowers. A little watery releases caramelised fruits, lemon drops and pear. Ripe green fruit, brown sugar and sweet malt bring closure. Islay Barley - Yellow gold with great structure. Soft with honey, citrus and sea salt, hints of spicy bourbon and young Islay barley. This is a Hebridean journey like no other. Port Charlotte Scottish Barley - The shade of a gilded lily. Smouldering peat smoke pulls you into a gentle whirlpool of Islay flavours and Atlantic squall. Subtle notes of iodine, salty canvas, crushed sea shells, charred oak staves, black pepper and smoky sweetness.
