The Brut Rosé signed Delamotte is a rich and fruity cuvée. It is one of the rare champagnes to be made using the traditional bleeding method, which consists of extracting the skin of the berries, the color and the aromatic complexity by letting them macerate.
This technique, difficult to master, is used more and more rarely in Champagne, even though it gives the wine elegance and structure.
The Brut Rosé Delamotte has an intense and dense salmon color typical of bleeding rosés.
On the nose, we discover notes of yellow fruits, red fruits, mixed with a nice spicy note.
It is a champagne which has a beautiful roundness, a well-controlled aromatic power and a superb finish.
