Convite Espadin Madrecuishe Mezcal Tequila is a blend of espadin and wild madrecuishe agave harvested after aging for 8 and 13 years. This artisan mezcal follows old world traditions and cook the agave in an underground stone oven. They then use a burro-drawn tahona stone to crush the agave and natural fermentation in wooden vats. Double distilled in a copper pot and bottled at 42% this mezcal is capable of being blended, but is better enjoyed chilled neat.
Notes: Smooth, medium-bodied. Aromas and flavors of agave, citrus and white pepper
