Excellent wine from Eastern Georgia. This wine is made in Kvevri clay vessels, a unique ancient Kakhetian method, which has been used for 8,000 years and still used today. Collection and processing of grapes is carried out exclusively by hand. Grapes are rested on skins. Straw color with a fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine pairs well with salads, cheese, poultry dishes and fish. Best served at 50-57°F.
