PRODUCTION NOTES - Hailing from Aberdeen, Porter’s Tropical Old Tom Gin is distilled in an innovative micro-brewery. They are on a mission to create light, refined gins via cold-distillation and built their own vacuum still in the basement of their bar in Aberdeen. The second gin to be launched by the Porter’s stable, Tropical Old Tom stays true to the recipe for well balanced, high-quality gin. The Porter’s vacuum still distills botanicals at low temperatures, which means that the gin’s botanicals hold on to their fresh, natural flavors.
